Just go to the site I gave you and use it for updating Windows. Wupdmgr.exe isn't going to appear in Running Tasks unless you're running it, and shouldn't appear in Startup Items at all (unless you want to go to Windows Update every time you start your computer.) Listen, this thread lost me.
